    The Katbird Shop is located in downtown Schenectady, just a short walk from City Hall, Jay Street, and     Proctors Theater.  It's two shops in one: the main room of The Katbird Shop features the new - fine     American art & crafts. The backrooms and basement house the old - 8 rooms of antiques & collectibles.

  

* Sow's Ear Studio - 1597 Union Street, Schenectady, NY

   Sow's Ear is a wonderfully unique gallery/shop that hosts local artists.  Walk through the doors and you'll
   be pleasantly surprised by the burst of color and one-of-a-kind art of all mediums.  Workshops, Gallery
   Openings, and much more.
